Drawing on the memories from a special trip to Croatia in 2017. Never before had I swam in a ocean so blue, calm and clear. I was thrilled by the amount of health and life beneath the surface. These vessels for me describe the colours of the ocean and shapes from the shells I found on the sea bed. 

 

I wanted to create a sculptural collection where the viewer can be transported into place where the breeze is warm and salty. Where the ocean is as transparent and turquoise as the sky.
